Green Health Network Event
Wildflowers on the NHS Estate – The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
his is an opportunity to explore the opportunities and challenges of creating biodiverse grassland across our hospital grounds.
Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just curious about making a difference, this is your chance to contribute to a greener, healthier NHS estate.
In this one-hour session, we’ll move from inspiration to practical application. We’ll share success stories and discuss real-world challenges with our Rangers, Grounds and Gardens teams, and partners. The event will conclude with an ideas clinic where you can share your own experiences and work through tricky problems.
For those attending in person, you can also join us after the meeting for a guided tour of the greenspaces around the Western General Hospital.
