Join our Nature Ranger Lou, for a range of health and nature activities and to support your wellbeing, top up your Vitamin D, and take some time out.

  • Who is it for: Anyone that works at RIE and RHCYP
  • What to wear: Dress for the weather! Most of our activities happen outside but we stick to paved areas with occasional detours into the undergrowth. PPE provided.
  • Accessibility: If you need additional support to participate, please let Lou know
