Join, Aisling, our Nature Rehabilitation Ranger for some seasonal nature-based activities.

25th November | Walk and explore the site | Patients and staff | Please speak to your OT to book a space if you would like to join. | The meeting place will be advised when you book. |
26th November | Mindfulness on the balcony | Patients and staff on Sutherland ward | 2-3pm. Aisling will come to the ward. | Sutherland balcony/ on ward if heavy rain |
