Join the us for a peaceful evening walk at the stunning Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Experience the magic of the garden at twilight, when plants, fungi, birds, and wildlife are most active.

These sessions will:

During this gentle, hour-long walk, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Discover the unique sites and sounds of the Garden at dusk
  • Observe various plants, fungi, birds, and other wildlife in their natural habitat
  • Engage in relaxing, mindful, and sensory exercises to fully immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.

These sessions are suitable for any Western General Hospital staff.
